What to expect at each step, and what we need from your team.
- How long does the whole process take?
- The Discovery Audit takes 2–4 weeks, Design and Prototype takes 4–6 weeks, and Build and Implement takes 8–12 weeks. Each phase is scoped on its own, so you decide whether to continue after each one.
- What is included in the Discovery Audit?
- Stakeholder interviews and workshops, workflow and process analysis, a technology stack assessment, and a competitive landscape review. You receive an AI readiness assessment, an ROI opportunity analysis, a risk and feasibility evaluation, and a 90-day roadmap.
- What do you need from us?
- Time with the people who do the work, access to key stakeholders and the systems in scope, and a clear view of your goals and constraints. During implementation we also need production environment access and a decision-maker who can approve go-live.
- What happens after implementation?
- We measure the results and report the ROI and impact. If you want us to stay on, the Ongoing Partnership covers iterations, support, monthly updates on emerging technology, continuous training, and strategy support for your leadership team.
